Pozorište « Stevan Sremac « Crvenka
Osnovano je 1946.godine integracijom dve pozorišne grupe «Jovan Sterija Popović»i «Žikica Jovanović Španac» i iste godine je izvedena i prva premijera «Dva cvancika». Prvi reditelj bio je Bogumil Karlovaris ugledni slikar i profesor. Od osnivanja pozorište radi u kontinuitetu i u svojoj dugoj tradiciji izvelo je više od 150 premijera, a neke od njih su: Ljudi, Pop Ćira i Pop Spira, Gospođa Ministarka, Ognjište, U agoniji, Otac, Sabirni centar, Sumnjivo lice, Svetislav i Mileva, Atentat, Razvojni put Bore Šnajdera, Tri čekića, Lari Tompson tragedija jedne mladosti, Farse, Kod večite slavine, Porodične priče, Portugalija, Konkurs, Divlje meso, Doktor suster, Bolest porodice M, Štefica Cvek u raljama života. U ovom pozorištu režije su ostvarili mnogi poznati reditelji: Bora Stojanović, Blagota Eraković, Ištvan Varga, Dragan Jović, Dragoljub Mutić, Ivan Hansman Jesenski, Savo Radović, Milan Belegišanin.
Veliki procvat pozorište doživljava u sezoni 1976/77. predstavama «Ognjište» i «U agoniji» plasirajući se na Republički festival i Savezni festival u Trebinje i osvajajući Zlatne maske za glavnu mušku i žensku ulogu i za scenski govor. Predstavama «Atentat» i «Razvojni put Bore Šnajdera» 1992. godine pozorište nastavlja svoje zlatno doba plasirajući se na Savezni festival u Vranje. 1996/97. godine predstavom «Tri čekića» osvojeno je Prvo mesto na Pokrajinskom festivalu u Staroj Pazovi i plasman na Republički festival u Gnjilane. 1998/99. godine predstavom «Kod večite slavine» pozorište osvaja Zlatnu plaketu na Republičkom festivalu u Kuli. Predstavama «Porodične priče» i «Portugalija» pozorište osvaja plasmane na Republički festival u Kulu.
U sezoni 2003/04. podmlađeni ansambl pozorišta sa predstavom «Konkurs» u režiji Sava Radovića osvaja Prvo mesto na Pokrajinskom festivalu u Staroj Pazovi, Prvo mesto i Zlatnu plaketu na Republičkom festivalu u Kuli i dve Zlatne maske za najbolju mušku ulogu i najbolju žensku epizodu na Festivalu Festivala u Trebinju. Pozorište je predstavom «Konkurs» imalo čast da po prvi put otvori «Barski ljetopis» 2004.godine.
U sezoni 2004/05. sa predstavom «Divlje meso» u režiji Sava Radovića osvojeno je Prvo mesto na Pokrajinskom festivalu u Staroj Pazovi, Drugo mesto i Srebrna plaketa na Republičkom festivalu amaterskih pozorišta Srbije, kao i ponovni plasman na Festival Festivala u Trebinje. Na Festivalu Festivala smo osvojili Diplomu za najbolju režiju i Zlatnu masku za najbolju mušku epizodnu ulogu. Dečji pozorišni ansambl, iste sezone, sa predstavom «Sestre po metli» je osvojio Prvo mesto na Pokrajinskoj smotri dece u Inđiji, Drugo mesto i Srebrnu plaketu na Republičkom festivalu u Bečeju, kao i Prvo mesto i nagradu za najbolju predstavu u celini na 11. Pozorišnom festivalu predstava za decu «Festić» u Beogradu.
U sezoni 2005/06., kada slavimo 60 godina pozorista, premijerno je izveden pozorišni komad Dušana Kovačevića «Doktor šuster» u režiji Sava Radovića, sa kojim smo, takođe, učestvovali na SAPDV u Staroj Pazovi, a na Prvom Festivalu tradicionalnih pozorišnih formi Vojvodine u Jaši Tomić osvojili smo Drugo mesto.
U sezoni 2006/07. izveden je pozorišni komad Fausta Paravidina “Bolest porodice M.” u režiji Sava Radovića sa kojim smo, takođe, učestvovali na Susretima amaterskih pozorišnih društava Vojvodine u Staroj Pazovi.
Dečji ansambl sa predstavom “Priče iz Merlinovog zamka” osvojio je Treće mesto na Pokrajinskoj smotri u Inđiji i plasman na Republički festival. Na “Festiću” je predstava osvojila Prvo mesto i nagradu za najbolju predstavu u celini.
I naredne sezone 2007/08. dečji ansambl niže uspehe, predstava “Kad bi kulise pričale”, čiji tekst i režiju potpisuju Zoran Radulović i Cvijeta Jovanović osvaja Treće mesto na Pokrajinskom festivalu i plasman na Republički festival. Predstava, takođe, učestvuje na Pozorišnom festivalu predstava za decu “Festić” u Beogradu.
Sezone 2008/09. komad Dubravke Ugrešić “Štefica Cvek u raljama života” u režiji Milana Belegišanina osvaja Treće mesto na SAPDV u Staroj Pazovi i, takođe, Treće mesto na Republičkom festivalu amaterskih pozorišta Srbije, kao i plasman na Festival Festivala u Trebinje. Na Festivalu Festivala u Trebinju osvojena je Zlatna maska za kolektivnu igru i Zlatna maska za najbolju žensku ulogu.
Omladinski ansambl pozorišta predstavom „Mirandolina“ osvaja Prvo mesto na Vojvođanskom festivalu malih scena, dok dečji ansambl sa predstavom „Plava ptica“ osvaja Prvo mesto na Pokrajinskom festivalu u Inđiji i Treće mesto na Republičkom festivalu u Ubu.
U okviru manifestacije kros RTS-a, koju je organizovalo srpsko-dansko udruženje «Milenijum», pozorište je tri godine gostovalo u Kraljevini Danskoj i uspostavilo tradicionalnu saradnju.
U našem pozorištu možete naći mnoge nagrade i priznanja koja svedoče o uspesima i učestvovanju na raznim festivalima: Pokrajinskim, Republičkim i Saveznim festivalima, susretima bratstva u Prizrenu, Đađinom memorijalu u Ruskom Krsturu, Festivalu kulture mladih u Knjaževcu, Trema festu u Rumi, Festivalu u Subotici, Festivalu Festivala u Trebinju, Festivalu «Barski ljetopis» u Baru, «Zvezdara teatru» u Beogradu, Pozorištu «Duško Radović» u Beogradu, Domu kulture «Studentski grad» u Beogradu, «Pozorištu mladih» u Novom Sadu, „VOFEMS-u“ u Kruščiću, „FETRI“ u Jaši Tomić, Festivalu „Milivoje Martinović-Martin“ u Bogatiću, Festivalu humora za decu u Lazarevcu, Festivalu glumačkih ostvarenja u Loznici, Međunarodnom festivalu u Tlmaču/Slovačka, gostovanju u okviru Krosa RTS-a u Hillerodu/Danska, gostovanju u Pazinu/R.Hrvatska...
Pozorište je i dobitnik Zraka kulture, Iskre kulture, Povelje za doprinos trajanju RFAP Srbije i mnogih drugih.
Međutim, ovo je samo jedan deo istorije i priznanja Pozorišta »Stevan Sremac» Doma kulture Crvenka.
